When you get your hands in lavender hydrosol that works wonders. I use and recommend to the irritation of the eyes, including allergies. Works great for sunburn. You can safely spray on the eyes, because only water.
Note hydrosol water is not a flower. These are usually essential oils in them. Not good for the eyes. A hydrosol is the byproduct of water from the distillation of the plant.
