My husband says that the witch trials were in fact "modern" (then discard) to doctors of natural healing such as herbs and midwives. He says, is much to support. Is that true? Where can I find concrete evidence?

In the case of Salem, I think it started with the hysterical girl, was for women being financially independent (which does not need a man!), And was getting hysterical.
