I need help/advice with a special diet...(low cholesterol, low vitamin K, and diabetic)? - cholesterol diet advice
They told me that my values are out of control and I need to change my diet. Have I take Coumadin for what he has on a diet that is not loaded with vitamin K. So I have to eat a combination of nutrition. Anyone have any advice? or a page loaded with information. I tried the American Heart Association. But the regime did really well.

That cimplicated diet, call your doctor and ask for a referral to a registered dietitian (RD) His big local hospital or clinic must be such that you can see as an outpatient. You can break for you in simple language, easily understood and easy to follow steps. And enjoy your visit.
Otherwise, cholesterol, diet must be inherently weak and low in fat, if you are dong well.
My mother-in-law had the same problem. She began to see the cookie to eat a great deal online. I made a list of pages on your site and some additional information in order.
